Body Transformation

Body Transformation for me was about feeling good about myself. I gave up being concerned about the opinions of others to confirm who I am or how I look.

What became very obvious on day one of the seminar was how I felt about myself on the inside, which was why I was battling with the way I looked physically. Although I was slim, I was badly addicted to chocolate and cigarettes and experienced bouts of lethargy.

During the program I was able to accept myself completely and learnt to honor and respect my feelings. I transformed my body image totally and now see myself for who I really am, rather than obsessing about certain 'body parts'. I started exercising regularly and no longer eat chocolate to fill a hole in my heart, because I feel a deeper sense of peace.

I also noticed that my femininity has increased. I use to dress plainly so I wouldn't be noticed! Now the clothes that I buy are fun and definitely sexy. I feel like a new person!
