THE SIX WEEK TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM
An introduction to the program:
Tricia Brennan's aim is to help each participant create positive life changes based on caring for themselves and caring about themselves. Her intention is to help each individual build a strong foundation that allows them to modify their behavior and establish a healthy, balanced way of life. The program was designed to help people change their internal self-image in order to build confidence and move beyond self-doubt. The seminar presents a holistic approach, which produces lasting results.
An Outline of the Program:
The six week program begins with a one day orientation where you embark on a journey of self discovery and transformation. You will be given the practical tools necessary to support your progress over a six week period which concludes with a one day follow-up.
During the seminar, Tricia will investigate the correlation between mind, body and emotions to promote health, vitality and serenity. She will help you discover new resources, which will enable you to access your inherent power to facilitate positive change.
The program will allow you to develop the quality of the relationship you have with yourself, as you discover the power and beauty of your essence. This will enable you to go beyond self-criticism and the boundaries of restrictive beliefs. You will learn to harmonize the receptive and assertive sides of your nature, which will allow you to access your full potential and maintain a state of balance.

The presenter:
During the early part of her life, Tricia Brennan battled with an eating disorder and was challenged by her fluctuations in body weight. She therefore has an enormous amount of empathy and compassion for people who struggle with weight issues and hold a distorted body image.
During her 15-year career in film and advertising, she worked with models and actors that despite their 'physical beauty' were still plagued by similar issues. As her exploration into human behavior progressed, she noticed the profound split that often exists between a person's internal and external self-image and the undeniable correlation between weight gain and emotional states. After the publication of her first two books, she decided to take the transformational principles that she correlated over many years and tailor them specifically towards body image and weight loss.
Over the course of the weekend, Tricia will use your intuitive abilities to assist and carefully monitor the progress of the group. She offers both the personal attention and support necessary, to help each individual overcome their personal challenges and areas of self-doubt. She works to reveal underlying core issues that hinder a person's progress, and goes well beyond prescribing a panacea.
